The Board of Directors of IWS Family Health would like to share with you the announced retirement of Jerry Isikoff, Chief Executive Officer. Over the past five years, Jerry has been an outstanding leader for the organization. Prior to 2018, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for three years. We are extremely grateful for his years of commitment and dedication.

During his tenure as CEO, Jerry has successfully overseen the transition of IWS Family Health to a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, the expansion of our healthcare services for the medically underserved, the receipt of several HRSA Quality Recognition Badges, and the launch of a food pantry, same-day clinic, and co-located pharmacy, among other accomplishments.

If you were to ask Jerry what his prized accomplishment has been, he would say the working relationship with his staff that makes all things possible for the Clinic. Perhaps most important, he has ensured that the Clinic remains a welcoming and caring environment for our patients and staff. Jerry is passionate about the work of IWS Family Health and a well-planned transition has now begun.

As Jerry wishes to retire by the fall, a search executive has been retained and she will be working closely with the Search Committee of the Board in the months ahead. IWS Family Health has selected Tina Erickson of Erickson Coaching & Consulting, LLC to conduct a search for Jerry’s successor. We were impressed by Tina’s 25 years of experience in the Chicago area nonprofit community, including her work within health and human service organizations.
