On Tuesday, November 29, 2016, the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago is participating in #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving.
This year, IWS will raise funds to purchase and store vaccines that may no longer be fully covered for families with All Kids and CHIP insurance. Recently, we learned that children covered by Illinois All Kids/Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) may not be fully covered for their vaccines. Approximately 450 IWS patients will be affected by this change and we need your help to keep kids healthy through immunizations.
Please join us and help us reach our ongoing goal of $50,000 to cover the cost of lifesaving vaccines for the children we serve.
Vaccinations are essential to healthy kids. Every child who is vaccinated protects their own health and the health of the children at their school and playground.
Infant Welfare is going to do what is right for the children and families we serve. Our commitment to providing preventive health care to children will not change. Your donation allows us to keep the promises that we make to the children and families served by Infant Welfare. Thank you!
